The Theatre Outreach Unit of the Sarojini Naidu School of Arts and Communication, University of Hyderabad hosted “Arts Threshold”, a visual art show at the Golden Threshold from 8th to 14th March 2014. The show featured paintings, sculptures and installations of Mr. Manohar Chiluveru, a contemporary artist and UoH alumnus. Prof. Ramakrishna Ramaswamy, Vice-Chancellor of UoH, inaugurated the show. TEAT supported the artist with a financial grant.

Wikipedia is the free-access, free-content encyclopedia, slowly improving its presence in Indian languages. TEAT mobilised a group of young artists and scholars to contribute content on Telugu arts and culture through a two-day workshop in Hyderabad on 10–11 April 2014. The group was trained to write research articles on individuals and organisations who have contributed to Telugu arts, literature and culture.

TEAT, with Bhumika Theatre Group and the Theatre Outreach Unit – University of Hyderabad, organised a two-day Theatre Festival for children at Golden Threshold, Hyderabad. The festival featured performances of “Edu Chepala Katha”, “Naa Valla Kaadu”, “Amma Cheppina Katha” and “The Whistle” — encouraging content and performance for audiences aged 5 to 15.
